Our clothes are produced in small runs to create measured demand and be able to listen to customers feedback, so we can incorporate this into each new production.
Nothing leaves the studio until it has been worn and tested. We don't release on schedule. We release when it is ready.

The people
We're Steven and Franca. Two friends from Manchester who got tired of buying too much and wearing too little of it. So we've built Capsule - fewer pieces, designed with intention. Clothes you'll actually reach for.
The purpose
Capsule exists outside the trend cycle. We create a small number of pieces, made slowly and deliberately - designed to be worn for years, not discarded after seasons. Less waste, more wear.
The promise
Limited quantities. Each piece refined before the next is introduced. Wear tested. No shortcuts. We're not 100% sustainable, we won't pretend to be. What we promise is honesty. Better materials, transparency, and clothing built to last rather than be replaced. We plant two trees with every order, because we want you to be part of this too.
