Shipping

United Kingdom
Standard delivery, free on all orders. 2 to 4 working days via tracked courier.

European Union and United States
DHL Express, tracked. 2 to 4 working days to the EU and 3 to 5 working days to the US, from dispatch. Shipping, duties and import taxes are paid at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery.

We aim to dispatch orders the same working day, and always within one working day.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

How to return

  1. Email hello@wearcapsule.com with your order number.
  2. We will send a returns form and the returns address.
  3. Post your item back.
  4. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving the item, to your original payment method. UK orders are refunded the return postage too.

Returns from the EU and US
You pay the return postage. EU returns within 14 days of delivery have no restocking fee, and we also refund the original delivery charge. After that, and for all US returns, a restocking fee of £50 applies (charged in pounds; the equivalent in your currency will be deducted from your refund). Duties and import taxes are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Exchanges
Because our collection is small, we recommend placing a new order for a different size rather than exchanging. This gets the right piece to you faster. We will refund the original order once it is back with us.

What can't be returned

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Final-sale or archive pieces, clearly marked on the product page

Order changes & cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, email hello@wearcapsule.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can make changes until your order enters fulfilment. After that you can still cancel: you have the legal right to cancel any order up to 14 days after delivery, and our 30-day return window goes further still. A pre-order can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched. Full details in our Return and Refund Policy.
