Pre-order

Every order placed now is a pre-order from our first production run. Coats ship w/c 7 September. The delivery times below apply from the day your order is dispatched, and you will receive tracking by email the moment it is on its way.

Shipping

United Kingdom
Standard delivery, free on all orders. 2 to 4 working days via tracked courier.

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only.

We aim to dispatch orders the same working day, and always within one working day.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

How to return

  1. Email returns@wearcapsule.com with your order number.
  2. We will send a returns form and the UK returns address.
  3. Post your item back. UK returns are free.
  4. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving the item, to your original payment method.

Exchanges
Because our collection is small, we recommend placing a new order for a different size rather than exchanging. This gets the right piece to you faster. We will refund the original order once it is back with us.

What can't be returned

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Final-sale or archive pieces, clearly marked on the product page

Order changes & cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, email hello@wearcapsule.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can make changes until your order enters fulfilment. After that you can still cancel: you have the legal right to cancel any order up to 14 days after delivery, and our 30-day return window goes further still. A pre-order can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched. Full details in our Return and Refund Policy.
