This website is operated by Capsule Clothing Ltd, trading as Wear Capsule, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16367917. Our registered office is 51 Norton Road, Worsley, Manchester, M28 1AP. You can reach us at hello@wearcapsule.com.

By placing an order through this site you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Orders

When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. This email is our acceptance of your order and forms the contract between us. We may decline or cancel an order where a piece is unavailable, where we find a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order we will refund you in full.

Pre-orders

The Capsule Original Trench is currently sold on pre-order from our first production run.

  • Payment is taken in full when you place your order.
  • Pre-orders are dispatched w/c 7 September 2026. UK delivery takes 2 to 4 working days from dispatch.
  • Each size is limited to the quantity of the production run. Once a size sells out it may not return.
  • If dispatch is delayed we will email you with a revised date. If the delay is significant, or dispatch has not happened within 30 days of the date we gave you, you may cancel for a full refund.
  • You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before dispatch by emailing hello@wearcapsule.com.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK taxes where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and its supported payment providers. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery

Delivery estimates, charges, and the countries we deliver to are set out in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, though we will always keep you informed.

Cancellations, returns, and faulty pieces

Your right to cancel, our 30-day return window, and our approach to faulty pieces are set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Our content

Everything on this site, including photography, copy, and the Wear Capsule name and marks, belongs to Capsule Clothing Ltd or its licensors. It may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.

General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remain in force. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, though if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.
